Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't I see the salon from outside?
Because we are located at the back in the apartment complex. You can see the board & just walk a few steps up. We are on the ground floor itself next to the lift.
Is it absolutely necessary to take an appointment?
No, you can walk in. But taking an appointment and coming is definitely advisable.
Do you do wedding/bridal make up?
Yes, we have an assigned team who will come to your doorstep at any time, any date by booking us atleast 2 weeks in advance.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we run various packages at all times. Plus we have couple discounts, absorbed GST, memberships etc.
Do you have experienced staff?
Yes, our staff have a minimum experience of 5 years. They go through several trials & are hand picked & trained.
Do you provide home service?
As a rule, no we don't. But if there are quite a number of people at home who opt for our home service then yes we do send our trained staff without any extra cost.
